1. Ticket Delivery Process
You will complete your purchase here on the JP Smiles website.
After completing your purchase, your tickets will be delivered through the TIXR app.
👉 To access your tickets, you must log in to TIXR using the same email address you used for your purchase.
⚠️ If you use a different email, you will not be able to see your tickets.
2. Order Notes (Required Information)
In the Order Notes section at checkout, please include the following:
- Child’s name and age
- Adult’s name
- Number of children’s tickets and adult tickets
- The email used to create your TIXR account

Join us for a special soccer experience on April 28! Kids from JP Smiles Soccer Club receive a FREE ticket when attending with an adult. Families only pay for the adult ticket.

Kid + Adult: $50 (+ card fee)
Extra adult ticket: $50
Every extra ticket helps support families with limited financial resources and contributes to scholarships in our programs.
🌟 Exclusive Experience
If we reach around 200 kids, participants may have the opportunity to:
Walk onto the field
Participate in the High-5 experience
Be part of a professional game moment
⏰ Important Times
Arrival: 4:45 PM (for High-5 experience)
Check-in: 5:00 PM
📋 Requirements
Each child must attend with at least one adult
Submit name and age of each child
👕 Dress Code (Mandatory)
Closed-toe shoes only (no cleats, Crocs, or sandals)
No opposing team gear
Preferred:
Black shorts
Black socks
JP Smiles jersey
⚠️ Late arrival or incorrect outfit may result in not participating in activities
